"It was everything we hoped for."

"I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back."

"We checked in late but the carpets next to the bed were sopping wet with large brown stains. Our socks and feet were soaking wet. The room smelled like mildew and air conditioner blew moist moldy smelling air. The blankets and beds were moist and floors due to this. We sent a message through Expedia and next day they came in room and dried the carpets but the air conditioner issue remained for the 3 nights we stayed. Coffee was weak and breakfast ehhh."

"5 star for cleanliness. 0 star for totally thin walls that you can hear the baby crying next door at 2:00 am. You can walk down the hall and clearly hear peoples conversations as you walk past their room. 2 star free breakfast. Never going back, no hotel should be built with that type of insulation."

"First and last time crossing that threshold….2 absolutely shocking events take place within about an hour….we were in the room locked in with an extra kick stick barring the door. All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"Parking was spacious. All the Yorktown attractions were very close. The staff were attentive ."

"The property needs renovated. The bottoms of the windows were rotted. Air conditioning units in room did not work and had to move to another room. Room number sign on door was missing. Room was not clean and carpet needs replaced. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel."

"Soap left in tub from previous tenant, top edge of shower stall was filthy, tenants smoking dope everywhere on property. People loitering in parking lot smoking dope. Room reaked of smoke, dope and cigarettes. Banging on floor from unit above us until 2 in the morning. Will never ever stay at this motel again."

"Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

"The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

"First of all, after a 5 hour drive with two toddlers in bad weather, the room we got was NOT what we booked. I booked a suite with a pullout sofa bed. There were two double beds. I had to make a bed for my grandsons on the floor. I was told there were none of those rooms available (even though that’s what I paid for). "Room and staff were great, but skip the Continental breakfast. They had muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, grits and fruit. They had Eggo waffles and hard boiled eggs that were rubbery."
