"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "

"Everything was excellent"

"Great"

"Cute little hotel in convenient area to the town."

"This is a lovely place to stay and it’s right in the heart of York. We travelled by train and it’s a short walk from the station. We were able to leave our bags ahead of check-in and after checkout. The room was fabulous and bed so comfortable. The breakfast was included in price and plentiful. We’re going again!"

"Couldn't have been happier with my experience"

"Been to Clementines several times and would not stay anywhere else. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend"

"Very good stay at this hotel great location to York Centre everything within easy walking distance. Very good breakfast with plenty of options for £12 a day and on site parking for £10 a day plus good wifi . They are gradually refurbishing the rooms so some minor attention needed to repairs and bit more attention to cleaning and be full 5 stars. That said I would still stay here as it is now due to its location and excellent staff the small issues mentioned would not spoil your stay."

"I loved it. Bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10. I am so glad I stayed at this location! 5 min walk to the historic center of town but quiet at the B&B."

"Room wasn’t clean, toilet didn’t flush right, sofa couch was stuck in the open position, I can go on."
