"It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before. "

"Everything was excellent save for one hotel 1st floor reception employee who thought it appropriate to interrupt my conversation with Kaitlyn at breakfast on the 2nd floor. She told me it is inappropriate to talk near the food at the buffet because of fears of contamination. I later pointed out that the kitchen attendant had a terrible cough and was constantly coughing near the food, to no effect. The female receptionist, I will not mention her name pending an investigation, was not only interrupting my talk, she claimed she was protecting Kaitlyn from me. That is highly doubtful, based on Kaitlyn’s subsequent friendliness with me. Honestly someone like the 1st floor receptionist is in the wrong business. She should be an attendant at a school for 2nd graders, because that is how she treated me. I am 13-15 years her senior and I am a senior myself. Everything else was well managed."

"Our stay was wonderful, it was clean. It was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. I am a VIP platinum member, but received no perks at all. My one complaint was breakfast was garbage! Though overall it was a beautiful place. I would highly recommend over any other place in the area."

"Ok be forewarned that is was definitely in the “love hotel” area of Busan! The hotel was new so everything was in excellent shape. The staff was somewhat helpful although the third night we were there my friend was asked where she was sleeping since the room they gave us ( the best one according to them) was only a three person room even though the reservation was for four!!!!! They gave us A LOT of towels, because they only came in once size. Hand towel size! The area was safe and the “breakfast” is only served during the week— and was limited to juice, coffee and bread. Still a good experience overall!!! "
