A very clean and comfortable hotel within 5 minutes walking distance of Malioboro street. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and attentive

There was an accident on the 1st night that spilled water on the bed, then the staff named Hendrick changed all the pillowcases and sheets. It was a very nice service. Really recommend this hotel.

Service from reception staff was exceptional - a huge thanks to April for her dedicated and personalised service. Love that this hotel does not use plastic bottles and has a water dispenser. Variety at breakfast buffet was very extensive. I enjoyed my stay here.

The buffet was wonderful. The nasi gudeg is the best I tried. I also love the bubur ayam. The Malioboro became so lively around 7pm each day. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

It was a big room with a good air conditioner. The hotel is clean, and with excellent service. The room can be a little bit noisy, as this is a family hotel, and the call to prayer will probably wake you up at sunrise. However, those elements of local culture can be quite charming. Overall, if your stay was like mine, this hotel will be a nice retreat from the bustling streets of Indonesia.

Super Hôtel et merci au personnel.

Hôtel formidable, personnel très à l’écoute et souriant. Les chambres sont confortables y compris la literie . La piscine est vraiment agréable . Il manque un peu d’équipements de sport c’est pour moi le seul inconvénient de l’hôtel . Le buffet et parfait. Super séjour.

一泊。女性一人でも安心。次も泊まりたい ＜朝食＞ チェックイン時に朝食について尋ねられ（付いていないはず）出発が早いから使わない旨伝えたら、夜に朝食クーポンがメールで届き（カフェで買い物したから？）、チェックアウト時に朝食セットが用意されていた。ジャワではダブルやツインの部屋を利用すると一人でも二人分（部屋の定員分？）のタオルと朝食が用意されるみたい。持込制限があるので一人分返却したけどランチボックスっぽいのじゃなく豪華。鶏肉メインの大きなお弁当とペットボトルが水とオレンジジュース1本ずつ、果物（初めて見たもので食べ方も分からなかったけど・・地元っぽい女性の方に確認したら「そうフルーツで名前はサラッ英語で何て言うか分からない。」と。硬い殻は意外と手でむけててかじってみたら新鮮で美味しい味で、ジャワ島の思い出になりました。 ＜スタッフ＞ フロントも売店もドアマンもポーターも全て感じが良く親切。 タクシーは空港までの所要時間をきいて予約をお願いし、時間通りに来てくれた。 現地通貨の残りが少なく相場を伺い、念の為メモ帳に書いて頂くようお願いしたら快く引き受けて下さった。明らかに３桁省略されている様でその事を確認したら、省略しない版も書いて下さった。300～350（300,000～35万ルピアの意）確かにその通りと思う。 実際にはすごく飛ばす運転手さんで度々渋滞もあったのに予定より早く着いたせいかチップ込みで300いかず。シートベルト必須だけどエアコンが寒いのが伝わらず風向きを替えるしかできなかったので早く着いて有難かった（英語は得意じゃないと仰っていたが出発時に行先と予定到着時間をスマホの予測のを示して確認して、ちょっと時間かかるよーと心配そうだったのがフライト時間を伝えると笑顔になられたので不安は無かった） ＜立地＞ ”空港にあったミニチュアの主”の塔と駅の間にあり、線路を越えると賑やかな通り。 通り沿いにATMはあったけど両替所が見当たらず、モールまで歩いた。外で話していた女性達に「この辺りで両替所見ませんでした？」と尋ねると「えー・・あー中にあった。たぶん３階」と教えてくれて（実際は地下、私も地元のは知らないから仕方ない）、3階で尋ねた警備のお兄さんがエレベーター内の係員（男性）に伝えて下さり無事該当階へ。 道中は歩道と思って歩いていたら車の駐車スペースだったり（歩道はお店のテラス席になり塞がりがち）交通量の多い道路は地元の人にくっついて渡ったり、踏切が興味深かったり・・ちょうど帰る頃日没で暗かったけど一人で歩いてもそれほど恐い感じはしなかった。 ＜設備＞ エレベーターは2台以上の旅客用とポーター専用リフトがあり、大きな荷物でも全く心配ない。 飲み水を汲める事をチェックイン時に説明があったが、廊下に1台ではなく、数部屋おきに（たしか日本製の）水汲み器？があった。 ＜客室＞ クローゼットとスーツケースでも安心して置けそうな荷台がコンパクトにまとまり使いやすかった。 シャワールームが広かった。都会なのに夜静かで外の音は聞こえないが、エアコンを消しても天井に音（上の部屋が洗濯機を回しているような）が響いていたかも（耳栓をして寝たので問題なし） ＜カフェの売店＞ 出掛けた時に窓際に菓子の詰合せが見えていたので、郷土菓子のバッピアがあるか入口の子に尋ねたらすぐ案内してくれた。詳しい子にバトンタッチしてくれて試食もできて、オリジナル（元々）のとバンダリーフ？のを土産に持ち帰り美味しくて好評だった（好きな味と量のを選べる）。

Highly recommended. We booked 2 rooms for 4d 3n. The hotel reception is clean and looking fresh, and so are the rooms. Breakfast buffet offers great variety of local foods (different offerings for 3 days in a row). Free wifi provided. Location is near Tugu and a little off the busy & crowded malioboro, not walking distance but grab cars are aplenty and affordable (15rb to malioboro / kraton) or there are becak (trishaw) for 30rb if you feel so. There is a bakery and cafe too right next to the lobby.

Unless you speak fluent Indonesian, I cannot recommend staying here. The rooms are clean, the restaurant is excellent, and they are eco friendly. My experience is described below: Before arriving I booked a tour to Borobudur though this hotel which was confirmed by them. However, when I arrived, they hadn't arranged a driver and there was an additional 600k IDR transport charge (you shouldn't pay over 250k IDR MAX for transport to Borobudur). Naturally I declined to book though them. Then, I received a note saying since I had the do not disturb sign up when housekeeping came by, I could call 6 when I was ready for them written in both English and Indonesian. This resulted in a saga of 3 tries to request room service and 5 tries to request clean mugs that were met with complete incomprehension even when using the paper with both Indonesian and English, until I went to the front desk. The front desk was able to resolve everything, but also felt the need to inform me that the staff had other things to do. All in all, this was my least favorite place to stay in Indonesia.
