"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info.
The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...

"최고급 호텔은 아니었지만 청결하고 친절하며 일주일 지내는 동안 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 주변에 식당,과일가게등 생활편리 시설이 많아 선택여부를 고민했던 5성 호텔보다 나쁘지 았았습니다. 다만 치약/치솔이 부실하고 면도기가 없는점을 사전에 고려하여야 할것 같습니다"
