"When booking through Expedia you are given an option , pay now or pay at hotel ! I selected the pay at hotel option. However before I checked in I was charged . I explained that this should not happen as I wanted to use another form of payment . If given an option of pay at hotel you should be charged at Che k in not 4 hours before you check in . "Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Angela the manager who upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The room was spotless and bed really comfy. Continental breakfast was great and reasonably priced. "
