"GREAT customer service, and that made our layover in Istanbul so relaxing and easy! Reception and driver were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. Got us drinks and helped us order traditional food to be delivered to our room. One of the best experiences I have had with customer service. Great value for money and helps with transportation planning. Most affordable I found, and yet still a professional and eloquent hotel.

"The check-in was super easy and convenient. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes from IST (the Istanbul airport) so do allow plenty of time.
We had to leave at 2:30AM for our flight and they called to ensure we were awake and then offered us take-away sandwiches and juice since the kitchen was closed.
Great place if you are looking for a place to lay your head before an early flight out! "
