"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. "I stayed twice in the course of 3 weeks at the Kapok hotel. Loved it so much we had to come back. It's a beautiful property with nice rooms and a great pool. Amazing restaurants. And the staff were so friendly - especially at the front desk and at breakfast. The area is safe with tons of shopping and dining options. Very walkable and right near Queens Park Savannah and the Botanical Gardens. I will definitely be back."
