"Wonderful that they take such care of me from the time I’m at the airport to the shuttle to the hotel to the gentleman meeting my shuttle on the street and walking me and my suitcases to the lobby for check in, then up to my room to show me all of the features and get my luggage stashed. "The hotel has been sympathetically renovated and is very tasteful. My room was just as advertised. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a central location near the Galata Tower. There are many gift shops and cafes on the same street as the hotel. The new Cat Museum (charming) is just round the corner, and the Dervish Museum is just up the hill. The ferries are about a 10 minute walk away, as are the Galata Bridge and the restaurants and shops around Beyoglu. ...

"Beautiful and clean hotel. Very safe and quiet, and super quick walk to shops and restaurants. My only complain is that the sheets are scratchy and not very comfortable but the bed itself is very comfortable. AC also works well. Would stay here again. "

"Everything was so easy and simple! Great communication beforehand so it was quick to get into the hotel and room with the detailed email providing the codes. Only issue I would note is some mold growing in the corners of the bathroom near the shower. Otherwise was super clean and such a lovely place to stay! Great location as well! Walking distance to everything fun "

"What a great hotel. Spent so many hours trying to pick one, and so glad that we landed on Burdoch Hotel. The spa is beautiful, the breakfast buffet selection is fabulous and our room was comfortable and quiet despite being in a fantastic area close to everything. Staff were incredibly helpful and it was spotlessly clean. The quality of the spa really made it, one of the nicest spas I have experienced. Useful also to have the gym as Istanbul is not a city for joggers! Highly recommend this hotel....
