"Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas."

"Unfortunately, no A/C in room, which is not unusual, but on a very hot day for England, the bathroom towel racks were in full heat and almost boiling. Neither we nor the hotel manager could shut them off. One single fan provided little/no relief and room temp was + 30c degrees and never got to a comfortable temp overnight.
