We had dinner in Seoul and essentially just checked in, went to the room and slept, and then took an Uber to Terminal 1 bc we had to leave before the first shuttle bus started. We didn't use any of the amenities, just showered and slept. But the hotel was fit for purpose. Would stay again."

One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards.
