Great stay, enjoyed the balcony on the top floor room, very friendly staff, excellent location in the old quarter. Breakfast is the best! Better than expected. Had to walk to a different location but only 2 minutes walking and the selection was great and everything was very delicious. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.

"We only stayed one night but were welcomed very nicely. The staff was really helpful and we had a wonderful breakfast. They held on to our luggage while we visited Hanoi and brought us drinks and fruit when came back to cool off in the lounge waiting for our car to the airport. Definitely recommend ..."
