"My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"

"Lovely deluxe room in main part of building. Friendly staff and helpful organising taxis for trips for us. Only 4 sunbeds next to the pool which coilf be a problem if busy. Walkable to main bars and restaurants within 10 mins and Tam coc boats Good breakfast "

"This place is like a mirage: absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location! I kept thinking it was like a dream!!! Staff very attentive. Fun ride in electric buggy to our room. Quiet, pretty pool. Stunning room: silky robes, bags & hats to borrow. Loved the decor: luxurious! Breakfast buffet had everything, and it was never busy! Bikes were cheap to rent. "Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants.
