When we booked the room payment was declined and then used another payment and the site resereved two rooms so i was charged for a no show fee on a room i had no idea was reserved. Booking through hotels only now. And hotel was not accommodating of the issue got there money. For the room toulet seat broken and problems flushing. If you stay more than a day they will not empty your garbage. Fan noisy and parr of the switch not working.

Toilet seat was broke they charged us for half of another room because of bad booking on there part and expedia and would not even think of helping us .ceiling fan was noisy. Place was not worth the price could have got same from a cheaper motel.

I was absolutly lied to by Expedia. I was not booked into a pet room. They had none with a king bed left. They did have a queen available. Nor was I told by Expedia that there was an adfitional $25 charge per night for our dog. Already bring herre we had no choice. I should have known better. This was not the 1st time I have been sorely disappointed in a booking agent. I know now. I will let everyone that asks know too.My app has been deleted. Jill Berry
