"Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé avec épiceries et restaurants aux alentours. Par contre, y trouver un parking pour garer une voiture est un parcours du combattant. Tout est propre (équipements, toutes les pièces de l'appartement, la literie). Il n'y a pas de réception mais il y a toujours quelqu'un qui vous répond rapidement via whatsapp "

"Really a great place to stay. It’s convenient to many attractions and in a nice area. 10 minute walk from the train with nice food and coffee options nearby. It has a laundry room and a sufficient gym. The only downside is I felt the room could’ve been a bit more cleaner when I arrived (still dusty in the room and I found hair around the place). I let the host know and she was very accommodating and overall helpful. I will stay here again if I’m in Athens."

The accommodation was very welcoming, staff spoke great English and they were so accommodating when we arrived very early before check in, getting us into our room as quickly as possible. They gave really helpful recommendations of locals bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms were comfortable, well equipped and offered us an ideal place to base ourselves whilst exploring Athens. "(The Jacuzzi suite) Spacious 2-level apartment with kitchen and 2 huge terraces, nicely decorated. One thing to be aware of is that the shower is not fully enclosed (there's not a door) -- but that's a set-up I've seen in other places in Greece as well."

"Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern schlicht eingerichtet. Alles da, was man brauchte, zu viert groß genug. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, alle zwei Tage gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. In fußläufiger Entfernung gute Cafés und Restaurants, aber kein Touristenhotspot, aber angenehme Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert. "

"My husband and I came for a few days to Athens and Alex was wonderful. Great energy, he recommended some SOLID places for us that were off the beaten path and affordable for lunch and dinner. The place itself was very clean. Only mild complaint was the bathroom had a shower habdle that was broken and the TV was far away from the couch so we moved the chairs a bit to see the screen haha. But otherwise a wonderful stay!"

"Idealer Ausgangspunkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht um das Wohl jedes Gastes. Unser Appartement hatte eine gute Größe für 3 Personen, insgesamt sehr modern und sauber. Ein einzig winziger Mangel sind die eher klein gehaltenen Schränke."

"The hotel is in a good location turn right and you walk to the cafe and restaurant and you are at the M3 on same line as the airport, turn left cross the main road and left a nice walk to Temple of Hephaestus with restaurants and flea market ect. I arrived and had problems getting into my room, I WhatsApp Eva and received emmediate response and access. Room was clean, only problem was the noise from night clubs not every night but until 6am and earplugs worked for me."

"Nice little apartment in Koukaki, 2 minutes from the metrolink. The apartment was well appointed and 5 of us stayed there with no issue. Clean and tidy with lots of bedding and towels provided. The hosts were great. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend. Kouaki is a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants dotted about and the metrolink nearby m a es it easy to navigate the city."
