"A very clean facility where I would have stayed longer (I stayed for about 5-6 nights) had their daily stay charges had not jumped up all of a sudden. Ther breakfast spread is heavily indianized though with a number of Indian breakfast items heavy with potatoes and starches. "

"Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. "

"The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed. They also offered a really wonderful dinner. I was a little nervous arriving late at night, but they have great security and I felt quite safe. "

"DIRTY sheets, blanket, pillows. Headboard of the bed was dripping and smudged with a strange greasy substance. Room smelled of cigarettes, and then some scent to try to cover it up. Shower dripped the entire time. Very LOUD sounds all throughout the night, both from the busy street, but also from strange happenings within the hotel. No kettle. OVERALL: DO NOT RECOMMEND. If nothing else, a customer should be able to expect a clean bed in a hotel. I would have left with a much better impression if the bed were clean."
