"If you want to stay close to the beach and a great restaurant at a decent price it is great. We stay here 4th of July, you get what you pay for but if you want to be on the cape and close to everything it is clean and an unbeatable location!"

"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."
