They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. "This is a gem of a hotel. Tucked away so you wouldn’t even know it was there. We arrived at night and it was beautifully lit and in a gorgeous setting. The staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The chef is great - highly recommend having dinner there. They also booked a tour and guide for us which was great.
