"Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "

"I booked this place for seven nights, but decided to stay at another hotel mid-week. This is a luxury apartment building that had the potential to be amazing but with poorly functioning appliances/equipment, made the stay really frustrating. For example, the wifi kept disconnecting to the point that I had to buy another SIM card. There is a new stove but you can’t cook meat/fish because it will set off the fire alarm. "前日に部屋と、部屋に入るための暗証番号が送られてこなかったので、Expediaのサイトに連絡しました。 サイトの方はとても親切でHOTELのオーナーと連絡してくれてなんとか番号を教えてくれました。 当日、HOTELの部屋を開けると予約した部屋ではありませんでした。 直ぐにExpediaに連絡し、対応してくれました。 部屋はとても綺麗でしたし、オンドルもあって、床も暖かった。 場所も駅から近くで良かった。 でも最初の対応が不十分。 楽しい旅行が少し残念でした。 やっぱり普通のHOTELの方がいいかな。 フロントがあるのって凄く安心ですね。"
