"Very lovely designed residence. The rooms are very clean. Nice decor. This place is best if you want to stay somewhere that's more immersed within the city and walk around the nearby neighborhoods. It provided a very lovely local experience."

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel.
The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of...

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Check in was smooth with English speaking staff. Staff are generally courteous. The room is very small. Hardly any storage space. The bathroom inside has no hanger for clothing or towel. The garbage can is tiny. Only one hanger at the door outside. No privacy to dry and change withoutopening door first. Highly recommend to put a hanger inside. No coffee in the room. Have to go to 3rd floor restaurant to get a small cup. Restaurant is tiny so busy time is long wait with one machine only. Many...

"The hotel location was safe and walkable. I would recommend providing larger trash bags for guest. Only 1 mini trash can was found in the bathroom. I understand that Japan has policies on disposing trash/recycling. I think having a larger trash can maybe on each floor or in the lobby may have been more helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay!"

"
The hotel is overall good being modern n clean looking with a touch of class. Location is ok with Shiodome odeo line being under the same roof nearby n the Ginza Asakusa line bit further away. The smaller rooms are tight but there are larger ones. It has everything u need with Japanese clinical efficiency. It felt a bit robotic. A negative would be their strict check out policy. I wanted to check out at 12pm instead of 11am..non nego 2k yen.. "Even if u stay 10 nights said the night...

"I love the staff and the products they use for guests. The pyjamas are a nice touch, but the breakfast could do with more variety each day. Having the same kind of food for three days in a row gets tiring. The location also feels quite far out; although it’s close to the station, getting to other places still takes a long time."
