"I am giving this establishment a 1/5 review because even though I booked "Villa Des Hotes", actually the booking was not for there but somewhere else, namely Residence Elsa. When I arrived, I kept being moved from room to room because they couldn't find my booking on the system, and therefore they kept asking me to pay.
