We had a wonderful stay, very family friendly and close walking distance to the lake with amazing views of Mt Fuji. We would definitely stay again. Also the host was very friendly and helpful

Incredibly helpful staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean. They are a bit dated but very clean. Walking distance to the lake and a 7-11 right next door. Bus stop about 70 metres from the hotel.

The gentleman and his wife who run this location were extremely nice and very helpful, even having to use Google Translate. Facilities were sparse, which is to be expected in a small town, but even so, there was only a single washing machine, barely big enough to accommodate a couple pieces of clothing, and a dryer that after an hour of drying left clothes completely damp still, so that was very disappointing. Also, it’s probably a corporate headquarters issue rather than the local management of the facility, but we sent several messages through Expedia to the property ahead of time asking questions, even having translated our messages into Japanese, and never heard back once. Additionally, the location that opens in Google Maps as programmed by whoever is in charge of this chain of motels, is the wrong location, which sent us on a wild goose, so that’s very frustrating. All in all, a decent stay, certainly nothing luxurious, with some frustrations attached. But the staff was great.

A decent motel but not sure if we would stay again for more than one night. The beds are extra firm but only one extra small pillow is provided per adult. It is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in, and service was great. The traffic starts very early in the morning and it is very loud. There are complementary bread rolls and coffee in the morning which is nice. It is a comfortable room to stay for one night but not comfortable place to unwind.
