The front desk were not so helpful at all. I explained to them that I tried doing an early check in reached out to them and all they wanted to do was charged me for an extra day and wouldn’t even take care of our buffet even when I explained to them that my buffet was paid for for Thursday and we have a red eye flight on Thursday at 12:45 am so customer service is not their forte it’s more on charging you for the extra day and wouldn’t budge. Love the property and the housekeepers but managers and front desk needs a little compassion and understanding when it comes to their customers needs.

The carpet is old and room needs to be updated Our wall has moistures that we had to change the room. The staffs are very friendly and the amenities like tea bags and coffees are always available
