"The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. "

"I should have gotten a clue when another couple was leaving when we arrived. This building is old and dirty. It was obvious that there were a lot of “band-aid” fixes. All the doors were dirty. Windows were dirty, pool was not usable and neither was the jacuzzi. There wasn’t an elevator so we had to climb stairs that were dirty. None of the ice makers worked. The carpet in our room had stains on it. The blow dryer didn’t work. There was no breakfast yet it said there was. The outside doors were...

"I've stayed here many times on my way to Three forks It's a beautiful hotel and a great location with plenty of amenities around. Property itself is clean while taking care of and managed The only advice I would have for them is the smell that comes out either from I think them not cleaning the AC filters and the rooms or the carpet. I believe that carpet should not even be in hotel rooms honestly there's too much traffic there.."

"The condition of room was terrible bed mattress was horrible probably has never been updated since the hotel was built door lock felt unsafe it so outdated bed sheet pillows were not comfortable at all I booked a room with no adjacent door to a next room and was put in a room that had an adjacent door to another room staff would not change me to another room my two day stay I felt uncomfortable the whole time"

"The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel."
