"I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t. "Beautiful property and had stayed there previously with great experiences but a disappointing experience this time. Kitchen in unit had a lingering overpowering food odor. Floors in unit were sticky. Dinner reservations at the resort restaurant were not honored due to minimal staff availability. Went back two different times and were told they were short staffed and could not accommodate us. Even offered to do a take out order but kitchen could not handle it."

"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

Called house keeping but the smart AI bot intercepted and misunderstood the request in an attempt to service my request quickly. Housekeeping did not refill till 2nd day.
Check in was a disaster because the integration between Expedia and Margaritavllie system did not send all the information on reservation thru. The human in the loop was the poor customer service representative who struggled with the information...

"The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard
When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off.
Then I was able to get to sleep.
