"This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. "The room was spacious, nice mattress and lots of pillows. Their pool is only open after 3 p.m. which is a downer. Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out. "The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at."
