"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "Setting the seaweed aside cause they have no control over that. We had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The resort was well maintained, and in a great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with plenty of tasty options. The pool area and overall atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen and would gladly return in the future. PS Jaime and Fernando are awesome"

"We stayed with our teenage daughter and we all had a wonderful time. Having the butler service was great for coordinating reservations and rides, everyone was helpful and friendly. "Service and the crew were excellent. Room was clean but needs some upgrades . Mirror was old grey spots, bathroom and shower glass brown residue. Breakfast buffet is 2** absolutely not good. Taquitos was old, tamale’s dry. Waffles thick and tasteless. The other restaurants were fine. Definitely not even close quality like Live Aqua in Cancun."
