Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Xiangxi

"Very clean room, excellent helpful owner who picked us up from bus station, close to ancient town."

"Transporte gratuito a todos lados, excelente."

"Overall property great, staff on arrival for breakfast at door not very helpful with the broken coffee machine and my cup of coffee I tried making. By doing half her job caused an ateration with another customer over who's coffee was ready on the machine"

"This was a great property, clean and the staff were very helpful, giving tips on where to go and arranging tickets and a car to take us to the train station. The place was clean and well maintained. It was on the river and easy to get to and from the old town. Really a great place overall."

"The location is great to watch the waterfall. The front desk attendant was very helpful. She arranged the a driver to take us to the railway station."

"Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Overall good "

Nota 1000."

""The experience at the Libo Guesthouse hotel in Yonghun can be rated 5 stars. The room is excellent, very automated, spacious, comfortable, and has a great view. The service is even better. The person who attended to us was extremely kind and provided personalized attention unlike anything I've seen in my previous travels. Thank you." "

"Good hotel"

"Large modern room with comfortable bed and separate bathtub & shower. Quiet location. Staff do not speak English, which is typical even for Western branded hotels in China. My room smelled a bit like sulfur, strongest near the toilet, but common areas did not. Air conditioner did not work. When reported to front desk, the complaint was met with a shrug. A bit of a walk from the historic area, but a gated walkway serves as a shortcut. "

"Old facilities, no air condition, has smell in room. "

"A lovely owner that did everything he could to help. Rooms were ok. Beautiful view. But we did not get any cleaning in our 4 days there. We did not even get new towels in bed sheets in 4 days. The garbage was not taken in 4 days either"
