"We stayed here for our first family Trip to Disney 5.8.26. It was overall a great experience. I didn’t give 5 stars because the WiiFii in the Poolside rooms are HORRIBLE. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we loved the basketball court, pool and fire pit! I would stay there again if they fixed the WiiFii service . They did comp the parking to accommodate for the bad internet service."

"Very good hotel! The location is perfect, and the breakfast offers the essentials, which is pretty standard for most hotels nowadays. The only suggestion I would make is to add a fan in the toilet area of the bathroom. Overall, a great hotel and a very pleasant stay!"

"I liked that there was a sink in the room at the bar area. I loved the ergonomic chair, at the desk and the size of the room was good. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave. I did not like that there was no black out curtain, and that I couldn’t choose to keep the bathroom door open if I wanted to."

"The room was good but the staff was very unhelpful everytime you ask for things they say they will bring it to my room and never did. And the internet was horrible cant even connect to internet throughout my stay and I staff and just laugh about it and no help at all. Also breakfast time the cook lady wasnt using a tong to serve the pancake instead she using her hand (no gloves) to pick up the food to put it your plate..very unsanitary god knows where she touch using her hand and serving food...

"My first room had extreme black mold on the ceiling, walls and around the tub surround down to the floor. I took numerous pictures as proof. The room needs to be shut down for health reasons. When telling the front desk person, she wasn’t phased at all. No questions asked, no surprise look or shock to what I found! All she was concerned with is if I wanted to extend my stay!! Basically, I needed to stay in the area at least 1 more day. I had to ask for a room change; she did accommodate that....
