Can I just shout out the fabulous staff? GPS rerouted us to Auburn NY - 3 hours away. Staff at Auburn MA pulled together to ensure I wasn't billed twice. How amazing are they?????

Breakfast was decent. Bathroom had some rust spots. I left something in my room after check out. I called and the staff gave me the run around about having someone check for it. When someone finally called me back, I was told my item wasn’t there when I know for a fact I left it behind in the closet. So frustrating.
