"The first room we were assigned had a group of men sitting outside our room door drinking & eating. We asked for a different room which was done. We opened the new room door to BO smells & dirty bathroom. We packed up our things & immediately checked out with no refund, partial or otherwise, being given. Never again!"

My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for"
