"The front desk lady from Friday-Saturday evening was amazing. She was helpful, on the ball and very pleasant. The Saturday night-Sunday front desk woman left something to be desired. A lot actually. I asked for extra towels and she gave me the 3rd degree and was incredibly rude about it. The pool was almost always out of towels and the size was much smaller than I expected. The hot tub was very well sized and perfect temperature all weekend. The water in the hot tub almost always has some of weird brown stuff from the siding floating in it and you can tell the walls and such could use some updating. Our room was nice, loved the flooring, but the AC unit was leaking significantly and the TV barely worked. There was water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door from people hanging wet things, and there is an unpainted patch in the middle of the bathroom wall. The mini fridge and microwave worked, but the fan made a weird noise when running in the “living room” and the desk bulb didn’t work. We had hot water and good water pressure though, which is a huge plus."

"Room was decent. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi to save our lives. When we called they said connect to any of the Radisson names none of them worked at all. Breakfast was ok not the best. Vending machines and ice machines on our floor did not work. It was an ok stay for the price most likely will not be coming there again. One of the main reason I chose this Hotel was because of the restaurant/ bar was going to celebrate my birthday with some friends didn’t find out until the day of my bday that it was permanently closed. Sucked tbh "
