The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and welcoming, and the attention to detail really stands out.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was also excellent, offering delicious food in a lovely setting.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Lviv—great environment, high standards, and excellent service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town. Very clean and modern. Lovely staff. We stayed in the one bedroom with kitchenette that had all the amenities . All the comforts of home while traveling far from home. We will definitely stay again when visiting beautiful Lviv. "

"Good hotel clean, only issue is parking. Anyone from the street parks at the hotel only parking which you never find a parking spot. The parking attendant should pay more attention to this. This is the only downside "

"This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. "
