"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us...

"The stay with family for 4 days 3 nights is fantastic. The view is so amazing with snowing. It is near to ski resort with 15 mins drive. It is very convenient with driving a car and facility is clean and comfortable for a family staying. There is no breakdown communication with the staff and clear instructions was given. Will be back again of visit Niseko again."

"The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was a lack of their own transportation around town. "

"The property is about 50 yards from the ski lift. The room is spacious and well appointed. We had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as flatware. The Onsen is smaller but nice and comfortable / relaxing. "
