"The location is excellent. However, the room was very uncomfortable as it was hot, making it difficult to sleep. The thermostat was non-functional, and we could not get any response from the hotel staff at 9:30 at night. We had an early flight, which made the location convenient."

"Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. Our room was comfortable and I believe the price was competitive. You do need earplugs, not just for the clock chimes, but for the drivers who rev their engines at all hours. All hotels in the area would be impacted by these drivers. That aside, we really enjoyed our stay and staff gave us great advice and information that enhanced our visit. Thank you."

"Great location near the train station, river views, and lots of dining and shopping. Great bar (with great service). No in-room coffee or tea. All in a “galley” on the floor which was often left a mess with garbage. Also tried (with other guests too) to get actual hot water on 2 floors to make instant coffee or tea and couple only get warm water, which doesn’t work. So for 3 of us each day needed to go out and buy coffee. Breakfast option is expensive without any hot foods so we skipped. "

"We enjoyed our stays at Leonardo Hotel. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did stop by the bar for a nightcap. The bartender was very nice. There were only two things that could use improvement. First, we were given a LARGE room the second time we stayed but it was an accessible room and the bathroom was, well, challenging. The toilet was hard to get to and the no-ledge shower leaked everywhere. Second, we used the parking facility...
