"Extremely convenient for overnight stay when departing from Heathrow Terminal 5. The Pod is really easy to use and cheaper than a taxi for getting to/from the airport. I used the self check-in so can't comment on the staff. The rooftop terrace in the bar is a great place to watch planes landing. Rooms themselves are basic but clean and all we needed."
