"Thank you for our stay with yourself, it’s been a great experience"

"★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. "This lodge worked out perfectly only 20 to Heathrow Free parking and cooked to order breakfast plus cereal granola yogurt fruit coffee machine The room was spotless and lovely bedding comfortable too! There was tea making pot tv a fan too! Jay the manager was very helpful and friendly!!"

"The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉"

I reported it to the man who worked there and he said he was contacting Expedia about it but nothing was done about it and he never called me back. Also, there was no mattress pad on the bed just a sheet. Also in the pictures they show a small grassy area with a picnic table, but that’s only available if you book the garden room. I wasn’t...
