When I called them they told me the charge occurred hours after I had checked out of the hotel, I have shopping receipts from other locations that prove I was not at the hotel. "I travel through Billings often, and the Fairbridge is close to the airport, so I started staying there often. I had a flight that landed at arbor11:30 And a reservation at the Fairbridge. They lock the lobby at 11:00 every night, but usually have someone answering the phone after hours. This night the phone number didn’t even work. "My room had Bed bugs. I woke up with several bites after my first night. Once I tore all the sheets and over blanket off. Got new sheets and pillowcase. It went away.There was also roaches in my bathroom at night."

"For the price, it was a great deal. It was quiet, the bed was reasonably comfortable, there was a kitchenette, checking was quick, and there was food and stores close by. There is no Continental breakfast."

"This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are exceptionally larger than other places we have stayed. It had a comfortable bed, exterior and interior doors to main hall and very clean. Could not and would not ask for more. The price was fantastic for what you get and a great free breakfast too! Thank you to the pleasant desk staff we spoke with, very polite and very knowledge. When we have to go back this is where we will stay!"
