"The sheets had not been changed in our bed Crumbs and hair all in bed . We changed sheets ourselves. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The AC could not be turned down below 70 in Texas that’s too hot and humid."

"Amazing B&B! Our experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and so warm and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast both mornings tasted as good as it looked. We didn’t want to leave. We hope to get back someday!"
