"Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel....

"This was an amazing place to stay! Close to a lot of things and the rooms were perfect. Jacuzzi in the room and a comfy bed. Fire place was nice too!!"

"We rented a 2 bedroom suite lakeview and we had 5 people. 3 adults and a 6 and 4 year old. It was a great amount of space. The kids loved the pool. It was nice and large and warm water. Nice big deck around the pool to sit at the many tables.
Great view, walking trail and right next to Sonny’s Restaurant.
Our first time staying there and will definitely go back."

"Me and my brother had an incredible time here. It was exactly what we were looking for. From the staff, to the property and the room itself. The natures walls close by. It was great and will be returning with more of the family again."

"I feel like they didnt have enough people to run the hotel. It was clean and nice golf course and pool.
But not many workers around and a few kids and a dog behind the desk and dog in the breakfast area. Large dog."
