"Everything was good except a leaking toliet"

"We normally stay here twice a year for family events. We enjoy the pool and attached restaurant. My only complaint is that the last two times we’ve stayed you have been out of pool and room towels. When the room only comes with 2 towels for a family of 4 it makes it hard to dry off. "

"Waterpark was wonderful for our grandchildren (all 6 and under). Rooms were very nice. The Pub, onsite , served delicious sandwiches. The continental breakfast had many, many choices. Staff were very friendly."

"Was in town for the Ballet at The Grand Theater, was able to walk there and back easily. Had dinner and drinks before and our waitress made sure we we well taken care of and out in time for the show. Beds were comfy and room was clean. The furniture is looking a little worse for wear, but it’s a small thing. I would definitely recommend the Jefferson Street Inn."

"Pictures online are not accurate. Lots of homeless people living here. I had pets, so did others. Dogs barking all the time. Residents are noisy, which causes dogs to bark, which causes my dogs to bark. I barely slept. Almost checked out around 1 am because of the lack of quiet surroundings. As a single, female traveler, I was nervous about all the residents hanging outside. Didn't feel safe. I picked this place based on reviews and pictures. This is the 2nd time out of the last 2 that the online info was not accurate. I guess A1 can make everyone's hotel look spectacular. We are losing the truth from everything!!"
