"The trip to Wisconsin Dell was perfect the birthday boys had a blast , my room wasn't clean at all room had a smell bathroom wasn't clean had to call housekeeping upon arriving to my room overall my kids had fun that's what it was about !"
"Overall i was very impressed with the size of the double bed suite room. I did not catch his name about the hotel. Staff who checked us in, was very accommodating and went above and beyond for our large group. He was awesome. On the other hand, the morning staff who prepared breakfast was very dismissive. On our first morning there was a waffle batter with no syrup and the second morning, there was syrup with no batter. When another guest requested more batter be made, they brought us out something that literally looked like yellow water. When I brought it to their attention that were unable to make breakfast with something that is so watery and she responded that breakfast is over anyways, unplugged the waffle maker, and walked off.
From the time we checked in our room, had a terrible smell. When I went downstairs to mention it to the front desk, there was multiple other people complaining of the same thing. One of my family members reported her room smell to the front desk and was moved into a smaller room for the same price. Due to the amount of people I had in my room. I did not want to go down to a smaller room so I had to deal with the smell."
"I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in was easy. The staff was 5 star service. The room was clean, spacious, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. I wish I could comment on the arcade, but I didn't use it. It looked to be a decent size. My favorite part was the family style breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. A must before you go! The pools and spa's were pretty awesome, too. I was on a family trip with my sister and her kids, but my nephew ended up sleeping at my hotel because it was quieter, lol. I definitely recommend this location for solo travelers & families with kids."
