Hotel Dekat Winwood Park

",We stay at this Hampton whenever we visit our grandchildren. They make us feel special, it’s always clean, and everyone is so friendly. You can tell they love their job, and want to make you love staying with them."

"Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ready and clean when we arrived."

"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It also has a full sized fridge which is helpful if you are traveling with a cooler full of food and ice packs. I did not use the hot plate, but that would come in handy for an extended stay. Overall, for a stop over on a cross-country road trip it fit my needs."

"mold in our AC units , we moved to a different room and there was mold again that unit as well. Bathroom and entire hotel room smelled extremely musty and of mildew, traveled with 3 kids one being a newborn and it was awful. I’m not sure where all the good reviews are coming from on cleanliness because it is far from. Would not recommend and will not stay again. Staff was very helpful in switching us to a new room, and our new room didn’t have as much mold in the AC units but it was still there...

"Hallways were dirty and dingy windows were corroded unable to see out of glass coffee was not hot"

"Hotel was right off freeway Near restaurants Comfortable bed Good breakfast Staff friendly and helpful Across the street from medical and cancer building Good location"

"Don't let the stair well raggedy appearance scare u its worth it! Awesome breakfast, nice staff and seamless checkin and out."

"Staff was kind and caring, always greeting people and with a smile. Breakfast was 10/10 and had plenty of options. Pool and hot tub were working as well. The room was clean, cool, and quiet. Everything you would need is provided and if you forget there’s a complimentary replacement. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at that didn’t break the bank, was located near a lot of great dining and shopping options & an AMC! All in all I would stay here again and again!! I am very particularly,...

"Smell on the corridor and room. Very noisy from the highway nearby."

"Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. It is an older property but well kept and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint i have is the windows on the first floor face the parking lot meaning when a cars lights come on it is bright."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but the property was a little run down. Breakfast was what you expect in this price range. The ice machine was an open style which I'm not a fan of in a public setting."

"The staff was accommodating to our time needs"

"The building doesn't have an elevator and the outside looks pretty sketchy. The first room we were given had a TV that didn't work, the staff was very kind and apologetic and quickly got us into another room. The breakfast was very disappointing both mornings of our stay. The good breakfast reviews were one of the reasons I chose this hotel but it was horribly stocked. What they "offered" was good but everything was gone by the time we got there and we were there an hour before breakfast ended...

"Water pressure sucks. Bad pillows. Beds hurt my back"
