"It is an excellent restoration of a very old building. It was hard to carry suitcases up the steep stairs and the hours the desk was open is very constricted. The room was excellent and cleanliness was super.With the restaurant on main floor it was very quiet in our room as we had to go to sleep early due to early AM departure."
"Staff was very helpful and accomadating on 2 issues..My room air/heat unit was malfunctioning and they changed my room and helped me move all of my luggage without me asking. 2. My reservation through Expedia was made for 1 night but i thought i made it fir 2. They called me when i was out sightseeing on my 2nd day to tell my about this situation and it was resolved over the phone. No.hassels!!"
"Easy to find, nice updated rooms. Large rooms and confortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. Great for the price. Breakfast had no protein to speak of and no ice machine. Overall great sleep for the price point in peak season. "
"Love Best Western. Enjoyed the balcony in the room. Room was spacious (two double beds). Breakfast was good and fresh, and the staff friendly. The shower faucet was hard to pull out to turn on, but that's a small complaint. Rug could have been cleaner but I didn't want to pay top dollar for a hotel and this one was very worth the money. Pool was very nice as well. Will usually choose Best Western -- great value for the money. "

"Second time staying here as I travel to MA yearly for medical appts. Love staying here instead of right in Cambridge or Boston as its usually cheaper. Staff is always great and very spacious rooms. Breakfast is decent bu there is also a great bagel place around the corner in the plaza -- Wicked Bagels. And if you have food allergies (gluten intolerant) there is a 110 Grill in the hotel parking lot!
