"i was in room 101 next to an exit door,. there was a lot of traffic there. I observed people smoking marijuana, I also observed guests putting rocks in the doorway to keep the door open. I see that as a safety hazard for the guests. My room was on the ground floor, when i opened the shade in the early morning, there were people standing there loitering in front of my window. My stay was not a good experience"

"It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us...
