"I typically stay at the same location every time I visit Winston-Salem because it is clean and affordable as well as close to restaurants, etc.. The only issue that I have is that they advertise the beds as two Queen size beds when they are clearly full size beds."
"Reserved two rooms our King rm was clean with excellent air conditioning. The only issue was the drain stop in the tub wasn't functioning. The 2 Queen rm my kids were in had a,strong chlorine smell in it. Otherwise it was also pretty clean. Staff was helpful when asked a question or for assistance. The breakfast was cool I personally enjoyed the breakfast more at Wilmington, NC location. However the cleanliness and updated furniture at this location was top tier. Would definitely stay again. Location was also awesome very close to shopping, restaurants and highway access."
"The room was clean and comfortable. I can say that about the hotel in general. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars from me."
"Had a 2 queen room which was normal size for a hotel room. The carpet was a little sticky- hoping that was just the room we were in. Stayed with family and they had kings rooms. Their carpets were fine. Beds were eh. My mattress was hard, but I like squishy bedding so it was probably me. Lots of towels and plenty of products in the room. We didn’t use the pool because we only stayed one night on our way elsewhere. Breakfast was ok. The hot foods were a bit cold.
Check-in and out staff was very friendly. Valet service was helpful and quick.
Lots in walking distance. One family member got there early and walked around the area. She really liked it."
