"Much to our horror, this hotel was 50kms from Groningen where we were to stay 3 days. The taxi cost us $320 AU. We thought it was in a suburb of Groningen. The owner was lovely and helped us find another hotel in Groningen for 2 days as we wanted to visit art galleries. It is in a lovely town but not what we wanted. Won’t be using Wotif again."

"The wood-fired hot tub and fire pit was a highlight of our stay that was worth the money! The electric blankets were a welcome (and needed!) bonus for our October stay in the Jubi tent. The view in the morning, lighting, design, and other accommodations and facilities on site were great! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. "High quality rooms with plenty of space, comfy beds, strong shower and clean throughout. Breakfast buffet was good value with plenty to choose from and eat. Good beer options too, although service was stopped at 9:30pm"

"It is a lovely hotel with all its spa facilities. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. However, it does not have a central bar area where you can just relax with a drink. I will stay there again next week but I will be looking for another option in the Friesland area."
