"When we checked the staff was kind and and welcoming. It changed after we found hairs on bathroom counter and on our pillows. Following speaking to front desk clerk, we were given 4 bottles of water and said to clean it off with a cloth. Upon taking my kiddos swimming it was found to be littered with trash and no towels along with unaccompanied minors in the swimming area.. "What a nightmare from the beginning….Couldn’t enter the lobby - was locked. Another guest tried to let me in, the card couldn’t the door.
You can’t use the elevator without swiping a card first…
But the best part is the damage deposit, 250! They can’t refund it unless you’re physically there! I have never hear of this, I don’t live there and they kept telling me I have to go back for a deposit, from a credit card???? now they can’t do anything.. after a could days and a nightmare of call...

"There unfortunately is nothing to like about this property, from the moment you walk up to the door. The automatic door button doesn’t work (from either inside or out) which is a pain when youve got a lot of luggage. Rooms were dated and need some TLC, not to mention that after selecting a main floor room so we had access to the parking lot from our own room, we discovered that that lock was broken and couldn’t use that door anyway."
