I stay at hampton most times and this one often. Little things like the coffee being cold every time my wife or having to chase a staff member for shortages such as no coffee cups then wait a while while they get around to it. Quality control seems to have dropped. Our bathroom didnt have a liquid soap. Again, doesnt sound like a lot, but someone didnt notice 1 of 3 missing

We stayed at this property 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience. This year, in heading back to Winnipeg, we specifically sought out this property. We used the shuttle service, which was timely and the drivers were professional and courteous. It was noted to us upon check-in that the hotel does not provide housekeeping on a daily basis, rather they would provide housekeeping services if requested. We were fine with that; however, in asking the front desk for housekeeping services on a specific day (it was time for the towels to be changed, toiletries to be replenished and garbage collected) and upon returning to the hotel after 6 pm, we found housekeeping did not arrive. In speaking with the front desk, it was noted that housekeeping left at 4 pm. I still asked for supplies and was given them, so we didn't see anyone from housekeeping (even though the sticker on the bathroom mirror indicates daily housekeeping - a source of confusion) for our entire stay, which was 4 nights. The breakfast was good; however, the 'cheese omelet' was only tolerable (you could tell as people weren't eating it). It would be better to offer scrambled eggs daily and change out the meat. The home-made Belgium waffles were great (preferred the blueberry and vanilla and not the lemon). We had to clean our tables and, at times, the food ran out midway through breakfast hours. For any future trips, we will still consider this hotel. We did ask the front desk to ensure to correct these issues.

We found hair in the bathroom and the rug had debris on it when we first walked into the room. The hot tub worked intermittently. We let the staff know and they never fixed it. No bacon at breakfast👎 Staff was good.

Helmut, We apologize for the cleanliness issues and have spoken with our Housekeeping Manager to ensure these items are taken care of. We have checked the hot tub and found it working but will also have it checked. Our Breakfast selection changes every day with a assortment of different meat options.

If you are used to Hampton Inn's this is another as they don't really stand out one from another. But. When was it that maid service became an extra that needs to be requested? Seems like you are putting them out just to expect this service that has always been included. Not just this hotel either.

One staffer ruined my stay. The breakfast area was always out of coffee. On my first day I informed the person at breakfast. They snapped at me saying it’s coming. In the 20 minutes while eating it never came. The next morning no coffee, I didn’t dare say anything about it lol. The next day 1 coffee while I waited for 30 minutes. I saw staff come for coffee and see that there was none at the front, only to go in the back and get their coffee. While us peasants didn’t get any. The next day was the same, I actually did get a half cup but I ain’t counting it as a full cup. I really hope people complained about it. It was terrible to pay that much money, thinking that there was this breakfast bar, that was going to be amazing!

Quite please with check-in, staff and general condition. But this is the second room we have found cold. The room and beds are cold at arrival and it takes forever to warm up. The thermostat was set at 70 at arrival so you would think the room would be comfortable. We set it to 79 to warm it up. The heater cycles on and off normally but doesn’t warm the room appreciably. Room 514 was the same. Whats up.?

The people working the front desk were amazing. So friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. The breakfast had a big variety and was vegetarian friendly. The dining area was very modern and clean. Even the coffee was pretty good! My only complaint was that the room itself had a strong floral smell probably from a cleaning agent.
