Very impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of room. The bathroom was especially comfortable - sloped incline in the standing shower was an elegant touch, and loved the interplay between the wooden legs and steel shelves.

For a short stay, this property is great! If you have a vehicle, there are a number of restaurants within about a ten minute drive. A great property.

What we did not like was the fact that we could not leave due to the Air Canada Strike. What we liked even less was the fact that your company would not allow us to get our money back. I have used Expedia for years...but no more. Thanks for nothing.

Very comfortable & convenient to the airport. Stayed in November with snow all around, now it’s very nice to see all the green. Windy both times but expected out here in the prairies. On my return trip will be staying again. Just have to figure out how to get the pints on my Marriott Bonvoy.

Convenient location to the airport, literally a 5-6 minute drive. Check-in took some time as only 1 worker was available when checking in after 2am in the morning, due to many flights being delayed from Toronto and Calgary, but she was excellent and did her best checking in all the guest as fast as she possibly could. Shower was great and powerful, and bed was comfortable also. However, there definitely should be more services that come with the room such as free bottles of water in your room as I had to go back down to reception to get water. Overall, it does the job and super convenient to the airport.

Very Disappointed

I was not happy with this stay. The housekeeping was inconsistent and lacking. The largest issue is the majority of my stay the restaurant was closed down, I would not have stayed and paid top dollar if I would have known this. Somehow they were able to make a small breakfast but it wasn't even suitable for an animal to eat. I spoke to the manager and they did absolutely nothing to compensate me. I would suggest staying elsewhere!

The way Expedia gouged me in this trip was disgusting. I had a room booked for two nights at $194 a night, then I had to add two more nights. There was ZERO mention of a rate change that was as follows: Tuesday $799 Wednesday $299 Thursday $499 Friday $299 Nothing even close to the initial rate or the rate at the hotel. Price gouging at its finest. Customer service, and I use that term lightly, responded with too bad so sad. I will be making a claim with my credit card, BBB and the hotel. Very shame business practices.

Came to winnipeg unexpectedly and booked last minute. Check in was very friendly, we arrived before 2 and it wasn't an issue. Very quiet property which allowed is for an afternoon nap and and early bedtime. Starbucks in the lobby was a lifesaver. Will stay here again
