"Clean"

"The Facility from the outside and indoor common areas seemed to be well maintained. The room that we were in was another story. We had opened the sofa bed and there was a dirty sheet. When we went to the bathroom, there were socks probably from the previous customers left on the floor. Sheets on the bed had stains. So We had called for sheets and no one showed up. We called 3x and we were told that they were all busy. Waited till 1130pm and still no one. The next day we left our room and came...

"Elevator was broken, no shuttle, safe was broken, air didn't work,the bar had creepy people hanging out at it made going in the pool area feel uncomfortable. The lobby bathroom had air fresheners that was so over powering in made me feel sick, hallways smelled if cigarettes. Online it said it was near the beach but it took a 25-30 min Uber ride to get to the beach."

"I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site."

"STAYED THERE FOR A WEDDING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT FROM THE VALET TO THE ROOM. STAFF WAS AMAZING. THE BEACH WAS RELAXING. NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE SEAWEED THIS TIME OF YEAR IT HAPPENS SO I DIDNT EVEN FACTOR THAT INTO MY STAY REVIEW. ALLROUND AMAZING STAY WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK"

"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. Would definitely return again!"
